Obituary

Conrad Anderson, 69, of Mitchell died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at his home under Hospice Care.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the Bittner Funeral Chapel in Mitchell.

Conrad Orlando Anderson, Jr. was born in Watertown, SD on February 5, 1950 to Conrad Anderson and Gennade Ehlebracht Anderson Engels. He graduated from Watertown High School in 1968. In recent years he did maintenance work for Mid Dakota Properties in Mitchell. Conrad enjoyed fishing, especially with his daughter, raising African violets, cats, birds, especially parakeets and cockatiels, and spending time with nature.

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Louise Cain of Marysville, WA, two nephews that knew him as grandpa, Mehdi and Aden, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews, siblings: Judy Holt of Webster, June (Leland) of Hermosa, Deloy Ussery of Gardner, KS, Scott (Kathy) Anderson of Yankton, Benny Anderson of Gardner, KS, Normay (Stewart) Berglund of Colorado Springs, CO and Frank Hanson of Lake Andes.

He was preceded in death by Richard Hanson, Bondell Anderson, Marie Hanson and his ex-wife, Roxanne Kay Dorn.

We saw Conrad in Mitchell on a recent visit and was shocked when we got the news. I will be praying for all of you. God will give you comfort. Heaven is a wonderful place. No more suffering. Much love and prayers to all of you......And what a nice Video.

I never met your Brother Judy,but after seeing the video I feel he had a wonderful life doing what he loved and he had good times and made memories with all his family and friends. So sorry for you and your family's lose prayers for comfort to you all
