We were so saddened to learn of Tony's passing. Tom and I enjoyed talking with him several times on the telephone and especially appreciated his sending us some of his colored pictures that he had made. He was so proud of his work at Walmart and seeing so many people every day. That brightened his heart and we know he looked forward to each day he could work serving others at the store. Many will miss his pleasant smile and warm hearted greetings. Our deepest sympathy to those closest to him.

Tony's famous quote was, "Smile and be nice." A good motto for life. Tony lived by it. I will always treasure the church-league basketball & softball games, boy scouts camping & canoeing trips with Tony. He added joy to every event because he lived to enjoy every moment.

I worked with Tony for many years at Dominoes Pizza. We had a wonderful time together with His best friend Tim and after work we would go to Tony’s apartment house and have a few beers and talk and laugh about the evening’s happenings. I also saw Tony many times at Walmart and he always had nice things to say to me. I know he always helped his mom out by mowing her lawn. He was a good son and a good friend.

An untimely, sad, and premature passing. Tony was always very kind and considerate… a gentle giant. Tony was helpful, considerate, and upbeat. He was always good-natured and good company at holiday times and family functions. Tony knew lots of folks in Mitchell and his presence will be missed. RIP, Tony!

Met Tony at Brady November 2014,,he had a knee injury,I had a broken femur,we didn't race wheel chairs but lots of talks, visits and we both had therapy tales, and he was so kind to all the staff etc..and to others in our wing. We Kept in touch for a few years. Tony always worried about my cattle that winter,,my wife Dar took care of them, she would tell him about the chores. He was so happy when I got my leg healed up,and gave me a big hug,I remember and cherish that and know Heaven gained A very fine man
