William “Bill” Peter Muller was born near Fedora on November 7, 1923 to Nick and Cecelia (Hoffman) Muller. He attended Lone Rose Country Grade School and graduated from Burbank High School in 1940. He served in the US Army Medical Corp during WWII. On August 26, 1949 he married Agnes at Paxton, SD. They farmed south of Fedora until retiring in 2008, when his son took over the farm. Bill was a dealer for Haybuster Mfg. Company for 35 years. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, the Elks Lodge and the Moose Lodge. Bill enjoyed dancing, playing cards and spending time with his children and great grandchildren.
Those thankful for sharing his life are his wife of 65 years, Agnes, one son, Dan (Connie) Muller, Fedora; three daughters: Joyce (Dave) Heaton, Brandon; Marlene (Dale) Grunewaldt, Parkston and Jane (Vilas) Schoenfelder, Mitchell; 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Alvin, Clarence and Bernard and one sister, Dorothy Gadbois.
