I knew Rollie through sisters Joyce and Jolene. Rollie was very compassionate to his parents and his family. Rollie had such a big heart tring to help his family and friends when he felt they needed it. He is now reunited with his family and in the arms of Jesus Christ. What a wonderful Christmas gift for Rollie.

We were saddened to hear of Rollie's passing He was always. very generous and would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. We deeply respected his service and sacrifice in the U.S.M.C. One of his favorite songs that he played on his guitar was the Marine Corps Hymn , and his favorite expressions were "URAH and "SEMPER FI" He was very outgoing and would try to make your day better if he could.

Rollie, my little brother, I sit here and think about when you first came home from the hospital I was all of ten years old. You instantly be came my baby. In your growing up years I took you everywhere, ball games, shopping and a treat at the Woolworth counter. Took you to school . Swimming and tons of other things. Those were all fun years. I also remember some of the bad times in the years to follow. I can remember how excited you were when you found out you would be a daddy. But you know the most I remember is how big that heart of yours really is. You always gave something from a little bauble to a song that you would play on the guitar. You always tried to make someone else's day better. I will miss all of that and so much more. You are truly a man of God and tried to live your life accordingly, even with the demons you had to fight constantly. God thought that you surely have done good and has taken his angle back home. May you be at peace and live in the glory of God forever.

Rollie , you were a good man . we shared 14 yrs of our lives together , and 2 children. Thank you for that , and your wonderful family . We had our good times and bad times ,but I couldn't make our relationship work . I remember the last words you ever spoke to me. "I was wrong" and I said "so was I ." I learned a lot about family and celebrating family from your family . I am sorry for the bad times and our painful ending . My condolences also to the family , and for Henry and Veronica . I will always remember the good times. I know you are with Jesus now and that is comforting .
