Our thoughts are with your family. We are deeply sorry for your loss of your mother. One day soon, death will be eliminated for good (Isaiah 25:8), and we'll have the opportunity to welcome back our loved ones. We look forward to that time with you.

I met Ilene in 1965 and remained friends with her even though I haven't lived in SD for 28 years. We always stayed in touch and reminisced about the good ole days. She taught me how to knit and to live life free! I will truly miss her special friendship and regret I didn't get to call her for her birthday before she left us! My most sincere condolences to her family which she loved dearly! To the Bittner Funeral Home: She always talked about doing hair on the deceased for you as they never complained or talked back! What a hard working lady !!!

Oh I remember Ilene as a young wife and mother living next farm north of ours, with little girls. She and my Mom, Gladys, were good friends. I loved reading she accepted the Lord!!
