Jarvis Zachary Cassutt


June 5, 1986 - June 6, 2009




Jarvis Zachary Cassutt  was born June 5, 1986 in Anchorage, Alaska to Bradley Joseph and Patricia Lynn (Draper) Cassutt.  He grew up and attended school in Mitchell and graduated from Mitchell High School in 2005.  He was employed at Trail King Industries in Mitchell as a painter.  He enjoyed throwing darts, riding his four wheeler, working on cars and spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Roxi.

He is survived by his mother, Pat Cassutt of Mitchell, his father Brad Cassutt of Sioux Falls, his sister Abby Perez-Cassutt and husband, Chilo of Sioux Falls; one niece, Liliana Perez, Sioux Falls; his grandparents, John and Janice Cassutt of Sioux Falls and Audrey Draper of Madison, SD and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tom Draper, Sr., an aunt, Marcy Draper Nipps and an uncle, Paul Draper.

Jarvis I will never forget the fun times we had...or you showing up at 4 am to my and scaring me! My kids calling you "bob" because they had forgotten your name after they hadn't seen you for awhile! Pat and Abby my heart goes out to both of you it was too soon for Jarvis! RIP JARVIS! You are greatly missed by everyone!

Jarvis was a sweetheart. I missed seeing him and Abby around my house when Nick moved out. My thoughts and prayers are with you and his close friends. I will be missed deeply by many people. He touched so many lives. RIP Jarvis.

I wasnt very close to Jarvis but we knew each other through high school! Jarvis was the sweetest guy ever! He was non-judgemental and treated everyone amazing! I'm very saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you! I hope Jarvis has found happiness on the other side! Rip Jarvis

My heart is heavy with sorrow,I am so very sorry. I remember meeting you in 1993 with Headstart and getting to know Jarvis & Abby.

I knew Jarvis a few years ago when he used to hang out with my sister, this is a terrible loss. Jarvis was such a nice and funny guy. My heart goes out to his close friends and family.
