Obituary

Tom Webster, 59, of Mitchell, SD, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Mitchell.

Thomas Webster was born July 31, 1964 to Gene and Eileen (Putnam) Webster in Mitchell, SD. Tom served in the United States Army and National Guard. He always enjoyed working with his father at the Leader Hardware store in Mitchell.

Tom is survived by his siblings, Jayne (Bill) Rubendall, Kathleen (Tom) Cooley, Terry (Becky) Webster, Philip (Jackie) Webster, and Susan (Larry) Welch.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Eileen Webster, and siblings, Michelle Franey and Patrick Webster.

Tom and his older brother Philip were my first friends growing up, always seemed to find some trouble to get into. I'll miss him.

I was so saddened to see this. I have known Tom for over 20 years and he was always a very kind person. We always had time to chat when we run into each other. My sincere sympathy to his family. May you rest in peace Tom. πŸ™

My mother babysat for Tom as an infant until he went to school.,he was like a little brother back then..When I got married he was my ring bearer. Lost contact over the years. I am sad to hear of his passing . My sympathy to his family and friends. RIP Tommy

We gona miss you Tom. We are all so glad to have known you, for my wife and kids a short time. But I've known you since we moved here from Michigan. You was always a good man. RIP my friend.
