Baby Fenyx Davis, 9 weeks, of Mitchell, SD, died Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in her mother’s arms at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Friday, October 1, at Bittner Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell. Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.

Fenyx (Nyxi) Rose Davis, treasured daughter of Sandra Newling and beloved sister of Trysten, Kohyn, Travy, Knightley, and EveAlyn was born July 15, 2021. In addition to her loving brothers, sister, and mother, Nyxi is survived by her two grandfathers, Donny Davis and Fred Roper; step-dad, Daniel Jackson; step-brother, Kyle Jackson; aunt, Nicole Neumeister; cousins, Kellie, Lane, and Ty; Godfather, Austin Sisneros (aka; Mr. Poppins); two Godmothers, Pam Titze and Amanda Long; her many Angels, Livvie, Mady, and Allison; uncle, Warren; aunt, SamiLee; and biological father, Joey Davis.

A beautiful baby girl who touched so many lives in such a brief time. We will always miss and love you.
