Gene Derdall, 86, of Kimball, SD, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Avera Queen of Peace in Mitchell. Visitation will be 5-7:00 PM Thursday, November 6, at Kimball Protestant Parish with a 6:30 PM prayer service. Burial will be at South Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Sioux Falls.

Gene was such a wonderful man. Always smiling with a great sense of humor. Hard working , you always felt better after talking with Gene. So sorry for your loss.
