Janet Vining, 81, of Mitchell, SD, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, August 8, at Bittner Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell.
