Robert “Bob” Blasius was born March 30, 1933, on the family farm northwest of Kimball, SD to Leo and Lillian (Geppert) Blasius.
He married Loretta (Kopke) April 11, 1956. To this union, 11 children were born, 4 sons and 7 daughters.
Bob farmed up until 1988 when he began working at Trail King as a forklift operator until retiring in 2003.
Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, shooting pool, and gardening. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a hard worker, but also enjoyed kidding around and had a mischievous wink in his eye when he knew he pulled one over on you.
