Steven Leslie, 8, of White Lake, SD, died Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Thursday, March 30, at the United Methodist Church in White Lake with a visitation one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be at Underwood Cemetery in rural White Lake. Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.

Steven Woods Leslie was born December 13, 2014 to Beth Woods and Gabriel Leslie in Alaska. Steven was full of life and excitement. There was never a dull moment. He was 8 years old and had autism. Beth Leslie, his mommy, would love to give him hugs and kisses all the time and hold him. She would love when he would just grab her hand when he would sit down by her. Steven loved being around his brothers Michael Leslie and Caleb Leslie. They enjoyed playing with each other and watching bluey together and listening to music together as a family. He loved his grandpa Marty and he would always look at grandpa when he wanted a cookie and when grandpa said go get it he would run to go get the cookies. He loved his grandma Deena who passed away from Cancer. He would always sit on her lap while listening to music as a family while she was using the tambourine. He loved all music, but especially Rock N Roll.
